  • Do I have to have a Doctor's approval prior to receiving spa services?
    Most patients admitted into the hospital are approved to receive spa services by default. However, if you are an antepartum patient experiencing a high risk pregnancy or have special circumstances associated with your hospital stay, a prior approval notice from your physician may be required. Your spa specialist will coordinate with the head nurse as well as your physician to obtain the necessary approval.
  • Is your staff properly qualified to provide spa services to hospital patients?
    All of our staff is licensed by the Texas State Board of Cosmetology and properly trained to handle the special needs of hospital guests. In addition, our infection control protocols exceed those established by the Texas State Board of Cosmetology and have been structured similarly to those of the hospitals in which we serve. Lastly, all of our staff has received the proper immunizations against communicable diseases in order to safely interact with the patient in accordance with hospital policies.
  • I am concerened about COVID-19. What safety protocols do you follow?
    All of our staff have received vaccinations to combat the spread of COVID-19. In addition, all of our staff is required to wear face coverings around the patient. Most implements utilized during services are disposble. Metallic implements undergo through a strict sterilization process that is similar to that of hospital surgical instruments.
  • Are there any minimums in order to book spa services?
    The minimum amount required to book spa services is $100.00.
  • Is there a travel fee assessed for in-patient spa services?
    A travel fee may apply depending on the hospital location in which you are staying at. Consult with your spa coordinator for further details.
  • Are your products safe to use around my newborn baby?
    All of our products are vegan in origin. In addition we refrain from using products that contain harmful chemicals such as: Formaldehyde, Toluene, Paraben, DBP, or Animal By-Products. We use pure and natural ingredients to customize and blend formulas tailored to the patient’s specific needs.
  • Can I get a refund if I cancel my appointment?
    We will work with the patient in order to re-schedule appointments. However; canceled appointments will receive a 50% refund.
  • Are gift certificates refundable?
    Gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable. They can only be redeemed for services.
